On September 26, 2023, Larry Diamond, a professor at Stanford University, a well-known and influential researcher of democracy issues, gave a lecture to the KPI community named after Igor Sikorskyi and everyone interested on the topic: “Global democratic recession and how to overcome it”.

On September 23, 2023, a lecture was held by Andrii Mokryakov, a representative of employers and a senior consultant of the consulting enterprise Pro-Consulting, to students of higher education under the “Conflict Resolution and Mediation” program (second level of higher education). The lecturer drew attention to the possibilities of modern sociology in the analysis of markets and business. A separate part of the conversation was devoted to the employment prospects of graduates of the educational and professional program and the educational components of the OPP, which provide the necessary competencies for the career development of the graduates. The meeting was also attended by the NPP of the Department of Sociology of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute: prof. Pavlo Fedorchenko-Kutuev (head of the Department of Sociology), Assoc. Andriy Baginskyi (guarantor of the OPP “Conflict Settlement and Mediation of the Second Level of Higher Education Institutions”), Assoc. Igor Pygolenko (lecturer of the regulatory discipline “Methodology and methods of sociological research of conflicts”).

September 21, 2023, the Department of Sociology of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute organized a meeting of higher education graduates under the educational and professional program “Conflict Resolution and Mediation” (second level of higher education) with the representative of employers, the head of the SMART research center, Doctor of Economic Sciences Yevgenia Polishchuk.
